Exchange and Return Policy

All Clothes are made to order for individual customer so we have a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Items once purchased, cannot be returned but only exchange if found to be of defective quality. Any complaint or issue will only be entertained if the initial complaint is lodged within 1 day of customer receiving the order.
Tiny threads will only take action on any given order once we receive the parcel at our address and our quality team will inspect the order after which the decision regarding exchange will be made and informed to the customer.
If fabric ordered is not available changes can be made accordingly to the available fabric in the market.

Order Cancellations

Once order has been placed you may cancel your order but 50 % advance will be non-refundable.
Tiny Threads reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock un-availability or pricing variation. Online payment will be issued store credit or refund.
Refund will be made to the same bank account or Debit/Credit card that was used for the purchase. (In case of order cancellation the advance will be no-refundable).
